With Hole Pro you can use an adjustable hole cutter for a wide range of hole sizes up to a cutting depth of
1-1/8", and add a Hole Pro XL-Arbor adapter to use any hole saw with any Hole Pro ABS shield for cutting depths up to 2-1/4", or when cutting ceramic tile and need to use a carbide grit hole cutter.
Starrett makes a very good hole saw cowl kit but it is a much more expensive and limited solution with no ability to control the cutting depth.
