Hi,
Do you have a hole saw that we could use to cut plastic light fixture globes? The globes are basically a polycarbonate type of plastic. We need to cut hundreds of them.
Thoughts please?
Thank you kindly,
brent

Hi Brent,
If you will be cutting holes using a "drill press" we recommend the HHT-200 (adjusts to a maximum hole of 8"), which comes with a set of High Speed Steel blades and a set of Tungsten Carbide blades. You would have to try both types of blades to see which cut the cleanest for the type of plastic. HSS blades normally produce a finer cut.
If you are not using a "drill press" we recommend using the X-200 with the dust shield which also acts as a drill press as it sits flush to the cutting surface. The X-200 adjusts to a maximum of 8" where the X-305 adjusts to a maximum of 12".
Let us know if you have futher questions.
Regards,
Bruce
